My heart goes out to all the folks who lost their homes. And I salute all the firemen who tried to save them.
Since I live in the San Fernando Valley for most of my life, I am used to fires every year when the Santa Ana Winds blow. However, I always wonder if the winds bring out the worst in people. I haven’t heard this time how the fires were started. Hopefully it was not a sad act by some demented person.
